Operations and Control Center
Pugmarks has a state-of-the-art NOC (Mohali) in STPI Smart Building to view and monitor our entire system. We employ professional system administrators that have been trained on emergency techniques and management of both Windows and Linux servers, and provide all of our clients 24/7/365 technical support in person or on the phone.
